Hardworking
Working diligently
what is strength?
Answer:
Because by having a hardworking personality, you can achieve anything in life. That is if you can do it consistently. It is one of the most important thing that a person can have, in my opinion.
You see the most successful people in the world? Jeff Bezos, Cristiano Ronaldo, Albert Einstein, etc? Most of them work hard consistently to get where they are now. It can take years but if you keep on putting in the effort towards your goal, you will reach it eventually.
As Oprah Winfrey once said, “The big secret in life is that there is no big secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work.”
This is why I think hardworking is a person’s strength. Being able to do it consistently without fail is a valuable trait to have.
I don’t know that it is. What is a strength is self-discipline. And while hard-working is often an indication of self-discpline, that isn’t always the case. I’ve known people who were borderline workaholics but wouldn’t clean up after themselves, or wouldn’t keep their personal spending in check.
The reason people list “hard-working” rather than “self-discipline” on their résumés is that they believe it’s what employers are most interested in.
We all are born with some talent or the other. But the talent by itself may not give you success. Moreover there will be others who would be born with similar talent.
You need to hone your talent with practice. Practicing relentlessly for success needs hardwork and discipline.
Even if a person is not born with talent, he can practice i.e. work hard and cultivate it to a certain extend.
That is why it is said 'hardwork beats talent, if talent does not work hard'.

1. His technique in composition is the use of semi-tone scale.
a. Cage
b. Debussy
c. Glass
d. Schoenberg
Answer:
Schoenberg
Explanation:
The twelve-tone technique—also known as dodecaphony, twelve-tone serialism, and (in British usage) twelve-note composition—is a method of musical composition first devised by Austrian composer Josef Matthias Hauer,[not verified in body] who published his "law of the twelve tones" in 1919.
A semi-tone on a piano is the distance from a white key to the next black key on the keyboard
Schoenberg's technique in composition is the use of the semi-tone scale, The correct option is d. Schoenberg
The reason the option d is correct is as follows:
In a 12-note scale, the semitone is defined the distance between two adjacent notes and it is the smallest interval or pitch difference used frequently that can be found in western music organized in tones.
The semitone is made use of in the compositions of Arnold Schoenberg, as a tonal harmony extension. The 12-tonne technique, developed by Schoenberg considers the chromatic scale's 12 semitones as being of equal importance and normally the twelve tone music is atonal
The correct option is therefore, Schoenberg
