If you do a search on a website and type in the words "processed foods", it brings up many results with words and phrases such as "should be avoided" and "harmful." Why do you think processed food has garnered such media criticism? Do you feel your food is safe? Do you feel pesticides in produce, hormones in milk, and antibiotics in meat have any link to diseases such as cancer, autism, or attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD)? Why or why not?

Answers

Answer: I believe processed foods have garnered such a great media criticism because its fast, cheap, and convenient and of course yummy. Its way cheaper for companies to use low quality ingredients combined all together to make a product vs spending more money on higher quality ingredients.

Most processed foods contain high amounts of poor-quality fat, tons of added sugar and salt, and they are very low on the amount of fiber and nutrients we need, If we consume a high amount of these foods it will increase our risk of tons of diseases. That's why i think social media criticizes it so much, although everything's okay in moderation.

Personally, I believe some of our food is safe but definitely not all, even our vegetables are sprayed with chemicals and our condiments are stuffed with sugars and artificial flavors all these things have effects on our bodys.

Again this is a question that has a lot of conflict but yes I do feel that the pesticides that are sprayed on our produce and the added antibiotics are bad for you. They are sprayed with chemicals our bodys don't need which could cause these diseases listed. Although it's not "proven" I try to stay away from them just in case.

hopefully this helps a bit :)

1. If Malachi's workout started getting too easy how could he apply the Principle of Progression to make it more challenging? 2. Looking at Malachi's workout plan and his goal, which part of his workout displays the Principle of Specificity? 3. How could Malachi use the Overload Principle to improve his cardiorespiratory endurance? 4. If Malachi switched his goal to building muscle mass how would you change his workout to meet that goal?

Answers

In this question, we are going to answer a series of questions about bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding

1. The progression principle is based on the existence of an adequate level of overload that must be reached within a certain time.

2. The principle of specificity explains that physical conditioning is achieved through varied stimuli. For example, weight training will improve muscle strength and endurance, while aerobic exercise will develop cardiorespiratory fitness.

3. In order to improve, athletes must work harder and harder as their bodies adjust to existing workouts. Overload also plays a role in skill learning.

4. For muscle gain it is precisely weight lifting. After all, this is a great option if your goal is to gain muscle mass.

With this information, we can conclude that it is no surprise that the first workout that comes to mind when we talk about muscle gain is weight lifting.

Perform a hazard assessment: The first step is for the employer to identify and evaluate the potential hazards in the workplace that may require the use of PPE. This assessment helps determine the types of PPE needed.

Select the right PPE for the job: Based on the hazard assessment, the employer should select appropriate PPE that effectively protects employees from the identified hazards. This includes choosing PPE that is suited for the specific tasks and risks involved.

Provide training on the hazards and the required PPE: Once the appropriate PPE is selected, the employer must provide training to employees about the hazards they may encounter, the proper use of PPE, and how to maintain and store it. An endemic disease is a disease that is constantly present in a particular geographic region or population, at a relatively stable prevalence. Endemic diseases are different from epidemic diseases, which are characterized by a sudden and widespread outbreak of an infectious disease within a specific community or region. Endemic diseases are typically caused by pathogens that have adapted to the local environment and have established a steady state of infection in the population.

Endemic diseases can be infectious or non-infectious, and they can be caused by a variety of factors such as genetic predisposition, environmental factors, and lifestyle factors. Some examples of endemic diseases include malaria in certain regions of Africa, dengue fever in some parts of Asia, and Chagas disease in Latin America.
