Answer:
utiliarian is something that is created to be useful rather than attractive or pleasing to the eye.
Explanation:
i don't know about the fine art thing. maybe someone created something that was pleasing to the eye but also useful I'm not sure
Something that is utilitarian is made with utility in mind rather than aesthetic appeal.
What is utilitarian?A moral theory known as utilitarianism favors activities that increase happiness or pleasure and disapproves of those that increase sadness or harm. A utilitarian ideology would seek to improve society as a whole when used to guide social, economic, or political decisions.
According to utilitarianism, you should, for instance, give your life if it could save the lives of several other people, all else being equal. Even if there are few situations in which giving up your own life is the best course of action, utilitarianism is nevertheless quite demanding in today's society.
According to the utilitarian viewpoint, one should prioritize the greater good, which means taking into account both one's own and other people's well-being. Jeremy, The Classical Utilitarians

03.03 Narrative Story Prompt
On March 15, 2014, the residents of New York City buried a time capsule. Their hope was that on March 15, 2114, it would be opened and the future residents of NYC would see what life was like 100 years in the past.
Locked away in the titanium cylinder were important artifacts from the present day. The objects were chosen by citizens from all walks of life and professions: librarians, teens, computer programmers, medical professionals, research scientists, gardeners, biologists, and more.
Etched onto the surface of the time capsule were the words of a famous author, William Faulkner: "I believe that man will not merely endure. He will prevail….because he has a soul, a spirit capable of compassion and sacrifice and endurance."
The capsule was buried with much hope for the future.
Sadly, things didn’t turn out as they had hoped.
By March 15, 2514, New York had become a desperate place. Something big had changed. The city was in near ruins. Citizens were terrified.
Two teens – or kidz, as they were called now – were on their way home from a secret meeting. As they walked in the shadows to avoid detection, they tripped on a huge titanium cylinder. Etched into the surface were a series of scratched-out words. The only words they could make out were, "He will prevail."
The kidz dragged the heavy cylinder into a hidden alleyway and twisted it open. The glow from their flashlights revealed what was inside. With gasps of relief, they looked at each other with hope in their eyes for the first time in years.

Between July and mid-November, polar bears lounge on the shores of Hudson Bay, living off their own fat while they wait for the sea to freeze up. Once the ice is thick enough to support their thousand-pound bulk, the bears can resume hunting for seals, their main source of food. Since the early 1980s, the huge loafing bears have become an autumn tourist bonanza, attracting bus-size tundra vehicles full of curious bear-watchers. The balloon-tired vehicles sometimes come within 130 feet of the bears and stay near them for as long as two hours. Markus G. Dyck and Richard K. Baydack, wildlife biologists at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, recently confirmed that such tourism may be seriously disturbing the animals.

Dust
Cosmic dust consists of tiny particles of solid material floating around in the space between the stars. It is not the same as the dust you find in your house but more like smoke with small particles varying sizes. Dust is important because we find lots of it around young stars. In fact it helps them to form, and it is also the raw material from which planets like the Earth are formed.
Gases
While hydrogen and helium make up most of the gases in interstellar space, tiny traces of other elements such as carbon, oxygen and iron also exist.
Asteroids
An asteroid is a large rock in outer space. Some can be very large, while others are as small as a grain of sand.
Comets
A small, frozen mass of dust and gas revolving around the sun. As a comet approaches and get close to the sun it starts emitting dust and gas. This debris forms a tail which is the image we are familiar with, the tail will always point away from the sun.
Planets
Planets are large natural objects that orbit, or travel around, stars. Planets we are familiar with include; Mars, Venus, Mercury, and Earth.
Moons
A moon is any natural satellite of a planet. The number of moons differs from planet to planet.
Stars
A star is a huge, bright ball of burning gas that is held together by gravity. Stars contain mostly hydrogen as well as helium and smaller amounts of other elements. The Sun is the closest star to Earth.
Solar Systems
A solar system includes the Sun and all the objects that orbit around it due to its gravity. These objects can include planets, moons, asteroids, comets, minor planets, and many other exciting objects.

2
The two investigators observed that polar bears interrupt their relaxation and visually scan their environment more often when even one of the large vehicles is on the scene. The bears don’t get their rest, because every ten minutes or so another vehicle arrives or leaves. In autumn, the investigators note, polar bears need to just chill out, and the increased vigilance could lead to elevated heart rates and increased output of stress hormones.
3
Intriguingly, only males become more vigilant. Dyck and Baydack note that the main danger to a female and her cubs is the male of her own species. When males are preoccupied with tundra vehicles, the females can afford to relax. why are acrylic paint and pastels are the SAME. write sentence
Pastels are chalk. It is dry pigment, mixed with a dry binder placed on a textured surface to hold the pigment to the paper. It doesn’t involve any liquid of any kind. Acrylics are a dry pigment, mixed with a liquid binder placed on pretty much any kind of surface that is properly prepared with gesso or some kind of acrylic medium. Water or liquid mediums are involved in the application of the paint. Acrylics cannot be put over top of pastels as the dry pigment doesn’t allow the acrylic paint to bind to the substrate. You can put pastel over top of acrylic ONLY if you use an acrylic ground medium specifically designed for pastels. It kind of feels like sandpaper after you apply it and it dries clear. You will have to put a fixative on the pastel if you are using it on a canvas substrate, and that is a whole other topic of discussion.
"Acrylics are a combination of pigments held in an acrylic Polymer Emulsion. Acrylic paints are a man-made water-soluble paint. Now take oil pastels. Oil pastels are a stick for drawing and painting that are made with a mixture of pigments that are then mixed in with a non-drying oil and waxed binder."
